Thanks for the update! I might just wait to buy my next system in July now. I'm guessing the Core 2 Dou's will drop in price also becuase I don't really need a quad core CPU for anything yet that I know of.

You're right.. I certainly don't need so much processing power; heck I could just barely tell the difference between my 1.86GHz e6300 and 2.66GHz e6700.. but there's something just so tempting about such great price drops..

I may not need quad-core... but I sure as hell want it..
