Up gradeing

I was wondering should i upgrade my cpu or not. How much of a difference would there be.
Have the I5 2500k to an I5 3570k to enable the pciex 3 on the mother board

New board is

i wouldnt bother to be honest,difference in performance between pcie2 and pcie3 is less than 1%,to see any benefit you need to be running sli and multiple high res monitors,youd be better off sitting it out and wait for haswell and amd 8k series graphic cards
