After some more searching, I found that the Micron NAND modules in the SSD are actually 32 Gbits (not Bytes!). So, 4GB per NAND module, times 16 makes it 64GB, Don't know why
Rucncore used a 256GB case and part number on these drives... mystery (about the actual drive size) solved.
