Issue: KVM over IP will not work. The issue started about a week ago after a complete reboot. I get a "Not able to connect" error at the main IPMI screen.
Trouableshooting steps:
- Flash BIOS
- Flash BMC
- Reset BIOS settings
- Reset BMC settings
- Clear CMOS
- Have JViewer open for over an hour
- Disable firewall
- Tried different versions of Java (6, 7, and 8)
- Tried different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, IE11)
When I try to launch JViewer, it displays a black screen. No buttons are active.
KVM Sessions show 0 of 2 active connections
On the Java console, I see the following error:
