  • ASRock H97M-ITX/ac won't boot

    Hi all,

I've just builded a computer with this configuration:

    Case: Lian Li Q25
    PSU: Corsair CX430M
    MB: ASRock H97M-ITX/ac
    RAM: 2 x 8 GB Corsair Vengeance DD3

    The computer doesn't boot.
I've tryed the PSU on other computers and it works, tested the case power button and it works.
Already tryed CMOS reset, changed CMOS battery.

    What can I try? DOA?

What is the full model number of your Corsair memory?

    What CPU are you using?

Is the four pin CPU power cable from the PSU connected to the board?

Are you using a video card, or the integrated Intel graphics?

What does "doesn't boot" mean? No signal to monitor, no display? Can you get into the BIOS? Any drives connected to the board?

Do you have a POST beep code speaker connected to the board?

      Hello,

      the RAM full model number is CML16GX3M2A1600C9. 2 x 8 GB DDR3 1600 Mhz.

The CPU is an Intel i5 4460.

Yes, the 4 pin cable is connected to the MB.

I'm "using" the Intel integrated VGA.

When I press the power button nothing happens, the system doesn't turn on. No display, no boot, no post; nothing.

The MB doesn't have the speaker.
