  • H110M-ITX loses USB and PS1 when WIN 7 loads

Has anyone else seen this problem? Really need some help!
    New build: H110M-ITX, i3-6300 (lga1151), 8Gb DDR4-2133 (2x 4Gb).
USB ports all work perfectly for mouse & KB until OS starts, then they ALL stop functioning! Also true of PS1 port.
All ports work perfectly through UEFI setup on all screens and setting updates, including UEFI internet flash tool.
System boots from Win7 32bit Ultimate installation CD, but doesn't recognize any KB or mouse input. Can't continue beyond first OS-request for input, only reset and power button functions are accepted.
    Many thanks in advance,
    PaulG

Windows 7 is too old to handle the usb ports on a intel 100 chip set (like your H110) by itself. Check the chapter called "Enabling USB Ports for Windows® 7 Installation" in the manual. See also the FAQ: ASRock > H110M-ITX
