Flash drive problems
I have a 32gb sandisk cruz model SDCZ52-032G-A11
computer was reding 29gb so tried transfering a 6gb file and said there was not enough room on it.re-formatted the drive from 32fat to ntfs and then was abel to transfer the file.it took 30minits to transfer.I would think it should of transfer faster. But the i put my 16 gig patriot drive in and trid to to tranfer anouther 6gb file and came up with the same error is to large for destination file system yet system says theres 14gb free. Its 32fat file system.
I know all my drivers on the mother board are up to date since i did them this morning. I was haveing problems with disk manager and narrowed it down to my printer.when my printer is off the disk manager works fine even with flash dives in,no problems but if i turn it on it hangs.Updated the firmware on printer and it still does it.I really dont care about the printer now.
Should the flash drives transfer faster?
Should you be able to transfer a 6gb file from a ntfs file system to a 32gb or 16gb fat32 file system?
And when it did transfer the 6gb file to the 32gb drive the system was very unresponsive?
