There are supposed to be some dos usb drivers around now. I haven't tried the idea yet, but it is reported to work.
:hammer:
I have a 4PT Asus mobo and i noticed a few options to boot from usb zip or FDD. Is there a way to boot from an external drive? somebody told me that there are some SCSI drives, but I don't want/like that option. I have an USB 1.1 and firewire external drives.
I have an extra 20G drive that I can't fit on my computer, so I want to use it to boot with w2k, beecause I have a filmscanner that doesn't work on XP.
Any ideas?, any other suggestions?

If there is an option in your BIOS then it should work,
else i would not bet on it.
