or you could keep the 60gb and use caching,to accelerate the 1tb hdd,ssd speeds with hdd storage space,if you have 8gb of ram then chances are your using 8gb of pagefile,you could either move it to the hdd freeing 8gb on the ssd or reduce it to 2gb and free up 6gb
disabling sleep mode also frees up ssd space,if you google theres guides on how to do this
20gb-10gb free space is fine
hi I just saw on overlcokers the Adata XPG SX900 256GB which seems to have good reviews as i was also looking to maintain performance, if not increase it .
with the caching idea do you mean to make the 1TB as my boot drive and just use SSD as a cache? will this keep up performance?
thanks i would most probably do that once i get my new drive as i might as well plan for the long term as i know im going to be downloading a lot of programs
