I am looking for something that can be used to capture video from my vcr and tv and encode the videos/movies into mpeg 1/2 so i can burn them to dvd's. now i am building a new comp, but i also have a laptop, so whats better, a usb tv tuner like the one pinnacle offers? or a tv card? and which one is the best?
