Ok i finally got some time to test the two together.
system Athlon 1.4Ghz tbird, 512 DDR, WinXP Pro, too many other pretty stuff.
Test done with 3dmark2001 (NOT SE)
i also didnt change drivers or tweak any setting between cards, both used same settings.

Jaton Geforce2 MX440 64Mb:
2786

Sparkle Geforce 4 ti 4600 128Mb DDR:
8160


I reckon its a little low for the 4600, but some tweaks coulda picked that up.
