Is the X300 graphics an onboard variety that is built into the motherboard? If so you will need to disable that before the system knows to look for an add-on card.
Hi this is my first post so i'm not sure if this is supposed to go here
I am having a problem with the of Visiontek hd 3650 overclocked on my sony vaio vgc-ra825g which came with a ATI radeon x300
After installing and then starting the computer with the new card in place all i get is a blank screen. The fans in the case and the fan on the visiontek are working, one of the fans seems to be going faster though.
This is the second video card that i've tried to install and the same thing has happend
i have
RAM: 1.5GB
OS: Media Center Edition
PSU: 364W
1 pci-e slot

The X300 card is not built into the motherboard, the computer came with a pci express version of the card
