Graphic upgrade suggestion

Hi everyone, just want to get some suggestion I’m a computer noob and going to upgrade my PC and buy a VGA card so that I can play 3D games. GTX275 is the way to go for me works out best value of money so far. GTX285 & GTX295 still far from my budget, suppose if all of the following brands only cost you same or similar prices which will you go for it?

3.)XFX
4.)MSI
5.)GIGABYTE

I've always had good luck with MSI, and I've heard good things about XFX. On the other hand, although ASUS is top notch with their motherboards, I don't see much improvement over the manufacturers in their video card line, with very few exceptions.
My step daughter would go for the glove, but she's a noob too.
