looked in the monitors scaling options? it will have its own, maybe it needs adjusting until ccc loads?
Running one monitor with 2 rigs via HDMI switch. Both are running ATI cards, and both have the same problem with the monitor. When the monitor is first fired up, the viewable screen area is smaller than than actual size. I've tried both checking and unchecking "Enable GPU Scaling" in CCC but same problem either way. Just opening CCC makes the screen stretch back to full size, as do some other programs. Not sure what is going on here, but hoping the monitor is not flaking out on me.
Running latest non-beta ATI drivers on both machines.

wazza I've adjusted everything I can find. Funny it just started doing this the last few weeks, not sure yet what's up.
could be ati driver issue idk,the 12.7 drivers were a bit iffy, causing blue screens for some folks aswell,12.3 seem to be the most stable

Well I keep thinking that with the 79xx series the newer ones should be better, but I don't know. Maybe I'll do a complete wipe of the drivers and CCC and reinstall. I found a good guide for that on OCN.
Hey wazza, looks like new driver fixed it.![]()
