Default Help on this new build

I'm actually looking to buy a new gaming rig in the 1500-1600$ price range. I checked quick on Newegg Canada and here's what I came with for 1600$. Any comments ?

Case: Fractal Design Define R4 - Fractal Design Define R4 with Window Black Pearl Silent ATX Mid Tower Case

    CPU: Intel Core i5 4670K Haswell 3.4 GHz - Intel Core i5-4670K Haswell 3.4GHz LGA 1150 84W Quad-Core Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics BX80646I54670K

Heatsink: Phanteks PH-TC12DX - Phanteks PH-TC12DX 120mm PWM CPU Cooler

Motherboard: Gigabyte Z87X-D3H - GIGABYTE GA-Z87X-D3H LGA 1150 Intel Z87 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

GPU: Gigabyte N770 GTX "Windforce" 2 GB - GIGABYTE GV-N770OC-2GD GeForce GTX 770 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 HDCP Ready Video Card

Power supply: Seasonic G-650 GOLD - SeaSonic SSR-650RM 650W ATX12V / EPS12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS GOLD Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply New 4th Gen CPU Certified Haswell Ready[B][B][B][B][B]

HDD: Seagate Barracuda 2 TB - Seagate Barracuda STBD2000101 2TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Retail kit

SSD: Samsung 840 Pro 128 GB - SAMSUNG 840 Pro Series MZ-7PD128BW 2.5" 128GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)

    Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8 GB - 1600 MHz - CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9B

    Now, some questions:

    - Do I need more than 650W to power that rig ? If yes, which power supply do you recommend ?

    - Should I invest in better cooling ?

    - What are the big differences between the Z87X-D3H and Z87X-UD3H boards from Gigabyte ?

If I have other questions, I'll post them there. Thanks in advance for your help !

    1. 650w gold psu will do for non SLI 770gtx
    2. Depends on how much you want to overclock that precious of yours. 4.9Ghz i7 4770k reached 100C on water cooling and I thought Corsair H100 is cool. For mild overclock I think it's good enough that Phantek.
    3. UD3H got a better audio chip and an extra fan header. The other options are just for extreme/pro overclocker (onboard power, reset and clear cmos buttons, voltage measurement points and dual BIOS switch).
