I did have a quick look at them and I've been told they are one of the best performance enhancing mods you can make but they are quite expensive and I wouldn't know how to go about making it my boot drive or set it up. I might look into it if this new build doesn't cost too much.

Cool Re: a few new componants....

Check out new SSD: OCZ Agility2 60GB (Extended Capacity) where several forum members provided excellent advice.
I recommend a 128GB ssd as the minimum size. A 256GB drive will generally have somewhat better performance.

Avoid buying the less expensive asynchronous drives, currently selling for about $1 per GB.
Synchronous drives have superior real world performance, especially as remaining free space grows smaller.
See Asynchronous vs. Synchronous NAND Flash SSD Performance, post #1 for more information.

I'll have a read over some of those threads at some point soon, I'm quite busy with work just now (i own a plumbing business). I just ordered the case and PSU last night so thats them as well as the new mobo on its way to me. I'm excited to start my first build. It should be a simple "plug and play" for the most part right? Cheers again for the fantastic help + advice everyone. Much appreciated.

I just found out that when I bought the mobo I got a free Antec Kühler H2O 620, would I be able to use this to cool my GPU?

Nope, the Antec 620 cooler is a sealed system that will only cool your cpu.
You can double check the Antec website or reviews for the 620.

Bugger, is this only because the brackets won't fix to the gpu? If I could MacGyver the heatsink to the GPU would that work or would taking the case and stock heatsink off the card cause problems?

Nothing is ever as easy as it looks
If you remove the stock gpu heatsink and fans and install a gpu water block, then you'll need to provide additional cooling airflow for the video card's vrms and memory.
