Best computer for rendering.

Hi guys, this is my first time posting here. I hope you could help me.

My boss is asking me to build him a new editing machine. We always render videos using adobe premiere.

Current rig:

Case: Haf X
MoBo: Gigabyte p67
CPU: i7 2600k @ 3.4Ghz
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master V6GT
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2x4GB)
HDD: All Western Digital - 1 500GB for the operating system (Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit SP 1), 4 2TB, and 1 1TB.
PSU: Corsair HX750W
GPU: Powercolor HD 6970 2GB
Monitor: 2 Samsung PX2370
Mouse: A4Tech X7 spider edition
Keyboard: Razer Lycosa
Software we always use: Adobe Photoshop CS6, Premier, Illustrator, and the like.

We need a new build that is faster than our current setup.

Things to consider:
- It has to have 2 monitors.
- Budget: not more than $3600.
- I only need 1 SSD and 1 HDD since we still have a lot spare hard drives.
- You can provide me links but at least something that I can understand easily, I'm not really good at computer specs.

Question: Intel/AMD setup? Why?

for sheer grunt you wanna be looking at the x79 platform and if funds permit a 6core chip,intel lead the way on cpu power,amd on integrated graphic,quad channel ram too,ill find some links later on as its bed time here but x79 is the way to go imo
