    if i have 3 HDDs with 2 CD roms and running P4 , what is the wattage of power supply i should buy? is 450W enough?

    You will have to do a little research and find the power consumption for each component. Then just add up the list.

    Maybe this will help some. You can tell from the processor numbers that it's a bit old, but might give you someplace to start.
