    Default Problem with right clicking in task bar

    Anytime I right click in the task bar to either close a browser window, word document, etc, the "minimize, maximize, and close" menu does not appear. Can anyone help me?
    I'm a signature spammer. I will be banned and my account erased if I post spam in my signature again.
