XP slows down when moving large files

Hi,

I have a problem with WinXP.

Everytime I copy or move very large files (CD-images or movies) from one drive to another XP slows down.
I can´t switch between open programs.

If tried the reg-entries "LargeSystemCache" and "DisablePagingExecutive" but that won´t work for me.

The only thing that works is the command "sfc /cachesize = ...".
But I don´t know weather the size is in MB or KB or Byte.
And I don´t want to write this on every XP-start manually.
Is there a program that do that automatically?

I use an AMD Athlon 1400. Are the new 4in1 better?

I hope someone can help.

Ya just may find that the later 4in1's will help. I'm usin' the 4.38's atm and don't suffer that but 4.40 are now available. ;)
