My SoundBlaster Live! Value, my NDC Ethernet card and my 128MB retail RADEON 8500 are all sharing IRQ 5.
Is this normal and OK? If not, what should I do?
Everything seems to be working properly, though.

Modern motherboards and OS's allow sharing of IRQ's on the PCI bus.
While it's not a major drama, and modern PCs do allow IRQ sharing, it's still widely recognised that you don't want the major components sharing an IRQ.
Therefore switch your cards around in the PCI slots, disabled/remove unnecessary devices taking up IRQs so that at least your graphics and sound cards do not share the same IRQ.
