bf3 is not starting at all.

after installing the battlefield 3 on my Q2C, it's not starting and giving following error:
Battlefield 3 has stopped working.
check online for solution
close the program.

these are minimum requirements for BF3 but it should atleast run.
Please advise.

Have you installed all the runtime components that come with the game? And direct x?
