Yes you can!
The OEM version is just supposed to be tied to one set of hardware, but you can call in for reactivation if motherboard or CPU, ect dies and they are usually forgiving on that. Retail just offers moving to different hardware easier, but still only activated on one machine at a time of course. And retail also offers official support via phone, chat, ect. which the OEM does not.
