resource hacker Question???

Resource Hacker works great . Only prob trying to modify OE's startpage and Outlook bitmap image when I choose the 2110 file 1033 bitmap image BODYBG.JPG/ action/replace bitmap/choose file/ after I choose the modified bitmap image ??????????

The next step is ??????? I have no REPLACE key or function in the screen have tried everything . The only choice after choosing the corect image to replace the curent one is to close window and go back to main window This is the window


I used INTERNET EXPLORER PERSONALIZER to change my throbber that works great.
