XP SP1 Updating

I ahve tried several times to update the XP Pro version of windows and using the tools provided I am unable the message that i keep receiving when I try to run The "XPProCorpkeyChanger.exe" is that the version of window that I'm running is already registered. Is anyone else having this problem? Is there another fix out there that someone knows about? For the life of me I can't get the computer to except the SP1 Update. :confused: I have done everything that was in the instructions. I've tried it several times thinking that i did something wrong but there are only a few simple steps to follow. I would appreicate any help or suggestions.
