Windows Update isnt working

:grr: i checked WinUpdate this morning to see if there were any updates, but it doesnt do the normal checking for updates going 25% at a time, it goes right to 100% and says i have no updates . This doesnt make any sense because when i d/l sp1 last week there were other updates that i couldnt install at the time. Anyone know how to fix this? Stupid Windows :
