The best card out of that list would be the GTX 460 (1gb) model, look around for deals I've seen some cheap xfx 6870's here in the UK,also you could buy a cheaper(used) ATI 5870 all those 3 cards are good enough

But I don't want to game (my monitor supports max 1600x900)
I want to use it solely for graphic design, rendering and video editing job, may be play hd movie sometimes :)
Should I opt for these high end gpus? Please suggest so that I don't regret.

A GTX 460 isn't high end,a card like mine would do the job just as good but you want the 1gb model GTX 460,and I recommend sapphire for the 5770,my card runs all the modern games so it should handle graphic/video editing ect

For 2D graphics and video you would want a 2GB card if possible - this would be your frame buffer. DDR5 memory is faster but this would be a very affordable option.

SAPPHIRE 100324L Radeon HD 6570 2GB DDR3 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card
    • Chipset Manufacturer: AMD
    • Stream Processors: 480 Stream Processing Units
    • DirectX: DirectX 11
    • OpenGL: OpenGL 4.1
    • Model #: 100324L

    Now: $86.99

If you are willing to spend more for a high-end card, get this one with faster memory, but I would spend for a better monitor...

SAPPHIRE FleX 100312FLEX Radeon HD 6950 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card with Eyefinity

    Chipset Manufacturer: AMD
Stream Processors: 1408 Stream Processing Units
    DirectX: DirectX 11
    OpenGL: OpenGL 4.1
    Model #: 100312FLEX

    Now: $279.99
