Default Best Video Capture Software (S-Video Input)

I have a videocamera with some stuff on it i want to get on a dvd, heres the problem, my camera is not digital. But i beleive my video card has s-video input, is there any way i can test that? anyways assuming it does have s-video input, i found plugs to convert the RCA video plug (yellow) into s-video, what is the best software i can use to capture the input off the camera to the computer in MPEG-4 format? it wouldnt hurt too much if it was simple either. i just need somthing to convert from the s-video input to mpeg-4

    thanks

If you're talking about the R9200 in your sig then you'll find that it's an output and not an input.
