Several, ran at least once a week.

You can install as many of these as you like, unlike virus software.

I would start with Spybot Search & Destroy

On which operating system u r working??
Well I worked on many OS vista,2000 , XP and have installed many antispywares and in all OS i felt that Advanced System
Protector is best as it gives routine updates of the latest definitions and is very easy to use..
The On Execution Scanner & Alert Shields make it more efficient in the case of internet access.
For me the Advanced System Protector is the Best Antispyware...U can also give a try...
free version of asp is also available at cnet

    Windows, XP, Vista, Win 7.

I use several myself, I was just giving you a good one to start with. I don't need any, did you really need some (Doesn't sound like it since you like the one you mention), or are you just here to spam?

No offense meant if you aren't, it just kinda looks that way now from your reply.

I'm using antivirus that came along ZenOK Online Backup I downloaded, I no need for anything else as it is very light and works well. but it does an excellent job of catching nasty stuff before it makes it to your PC.
