    Hi,

is there a program to sort the programbuttons in the taskbar (by drag and drop)?

It's easier to work with a lot of open programs if they are sorted like the workflow.

    thanks.

Interesting question I'm curious to but Ive never really thought about doing it. Its always just been a point and click so i never really payed attention to the order of the task-bar entries

Yes, in most cases the default order is no problem.

But on a long working session (video-editing) I would like to see the programs in the taskbar like the working flow.

Or the explorer should always sit most left - not even if I start the explorer as the first program.

    Thank's for this link.
I've found some more programs. But they all use a window for sorting.

But I don't want to open a window to resort the entries.
I would like to take one button in the taskbar and move it to the right or left (just drag & drop).

Check out latest version of Taskbar Manager at http://www.askarya.com/tm/tm.htm . It supports drag-n-drop of buttons on taskbar. Very handy tool if you want to group or reorder taskbar buttons or hide application windows.
