    MSI wouldn't pack Nero with their drives if it didn't work with them so what troubles are ya havin' with it?
    Have ya tried disablin' Windows XP's inbuilt burnin' software?
    And do ya have the burner as the master of the IDE channel that its connected to? :?:

    I hope you ment UNneccesary, because that's what it is. Nero certainly doesn't use it. In fact it is known to cause problems with many burning apps. Unless you actually use XP's built-in CD burning feature, it's best to disable it completely
    I've gone too far and need to move on!

    I mixed it up with another service and networking, totally unrelated. I need to think before posting incorrect information.

    Probably best to delete before more confusion arrises.
    Back to attempting to help::rolleyes2

    What OS do you use? What do you mean, "it doesn't agree"? Is there an error message? Or is it just incredibly slow? Will the program simply not start? More information please.
