Default Whats the best P2P software?

I use Kazaa Lite right now for movies but its awfully slow. I think its becuase it hasn't had an update for about a year now. Is there a better P2P program?
I'm afraid to use Kazaa becuase I know a reformat will be in the works soon when all its spyware brings my system to a crawl.

Well there's always Kazaa Lite K++, which you can find on most file-sharing networks. No spyware in that....

But I've found Shareaza is better in many ways. WinMX is also fairly good. Bittorent is just about the best when you actually find a torrent you want, though.

I've tried Shareaza in the past and didn't like it but that was almost a year ago so maybe its better now. I'll give it another try.
K-lite++ 2.6 doesn't work at all. I'm going back to last years version.
I just tried Kazaa lite revolution and it installed a Bloodhound.Exploit.6 virus onto my computer, since I have SP2 installed there is noway to remove it without reformatting that I know of:(.
I liked Bittorent but like you said finding a torrent is too inconveinent so I don't use it anymore.
WinMX was extremly slow for me the last time I used it.

Shareaza is basically what Kazaa once was minus the spyware.

In terms of quality, yes, but it's not the same network.

I've never even heard of a KLL KPP version newer than 243. Kazaa Lite K++ should be installed using a file called klitekpp243e.exe. Search for it using other programs. It works fine, but the Kazaa network itself isn't what it used to be. Peer-to-peer file-shairing in general seems to be in a decline, in fact...

DC++ (by far the best along with bitorrent)
    Bittorent
    Ares

Different software is for different things.
