    Anyone know a DVD burner program to copy my DVD movies.

    I just get a copyright problem.

    I get lots a spam about programs for $39.95.

    You've probably got a copyright problem because copying DVDs is illegal.

    Copying DVDs is illegal if you do not own the original.

    I use these movies that I own and it's not hard to scratch them.

    Unfortunately, Osiris is correct on this one. Movie titles do not fall under the same guidelines as games, so even though you may own a retail DVD movie title, you have no rights to create a "Backup Copy", even for your own personal use.

    However, there are still ways to make a copy of these titles for backup purposes. Though TweakTown isn't heavily into this, you might try looking over at Doom9 for some insight into the requirements of burning a DVD title. :)
