My problem with outlook 2002 is that when I receive an email from someone I can only read it in plain text and it says on the top of the email "this message has extra line breaks. To remove, click here." Now I have gone through most of the option, e-mail options and mail format options to see if I could correct this annoying issue but with no success.
Could someone PLEASE guide me through this? Itís driving me crazy!!

So what exactly are you trying to accomplish? Getting out of plain text mode or what?

I use OE at the house, but I have Office XP on the machine at work. If your question hasn't been answered by the time I get in to work in the morning, I'll find the place in the options where you change this to RTF.

Sorry about the delay, I got called out for work and haven't had access to that machine. Anyway...

To change the way that Outlook XP formats messages, do this:

    - Go to Tools --> Options --> Mail Format tab
    - The top header is for "Message Format"
    - Pull down the menu and make your choice between HTML, Rich Text or Plain Text
    - Click APPLY and you're done.
