With a little voltage modding, you can get that GFTi200 past Ti500 stock. I believe X-bit got 240/590 and that was with stock cooling. That is probably a bad idea long term.
I think they managed about 230 or so core with "conventional" overclocking, but I still don't think I would leave that long term with the stock cooling. A nice crystal orb would probably keep things nice and cool. :D
