  • Chipset Update

Here is another dumb question: Where do I update my chipset drivers and how do I find out which version I own.

Your mobo manual will tell you what chipset you have. The mobo (or system) manufacturer will either have the latest chipset drivers on its site or links to them. A free utility like Aida32 will also reveal the chipset info.

Thanx, but I can't find the bloody drivers at ASUS web site. I have the ASUS p4g8x deluxe mobo.

That is the BIOS update. Does that include updating the chipset?

There is also an intel .inf update that comes with your cd in case u have not installed that yet.
