have you changed any hardware in you comp? If not, the PSU you have is probably fine. Why do you want to upgrade?

Yep...exactly! I have installed new processor, new video card, and a new sound card! My system only has a 200W PSU! Extra power is needed!

not all dell's have standard power supplies. but the dimesion 8200 does use a standard one..

however the 8100 does not.
