hi guy, i just have a question that i want to ask just i case if wiill happen to me in the future.

i currently have the asus a78nx deluxe which i have only used for 6month. I bought the motherboard from a store that was perminatilly closing, and that they will not do store refunds. So, heres my question. If my motherboard does fry out for some reason, can i just send the motherboard to Asus in china saying my motherboard is defected and that i want a new one? and how many years can i do that before i will have to be forced to buy a new one?
