• ASUS A7V333 Rev 2.0 motherboard

Just wondering if this motherboard is worth buying. Anyone have any experiences with this one?
Is it worth $80.00 brand new?

    Thanks for any input.

The A7V333 is an outdated board, I used to own one (althought not Rev 2.0).

If american pricing is in line with australian prising, taking into account a 1:2 currency converion(USD:AUD), you can get a better, up-to-date motherboard for only US$20 or so more.
For example, the Epox 8RDA3+ is about $200 here, which makes it about $100 there. For the extra $20 you get a quality board with the nForce2 chipset that has Firewire, SATA, Dual Channel DDR and dual onboard 10/100 LAN :)

Geez, maybe i should be a sales person for Epox/nVidia?

Thanks for the info. I'm going to look for the Epox 8RDA3+. I'm running an Shuttle AK32A w/Athlon xp 2200+ right now and want to upgrade and give this one to my son.

For a great savings the ABIT NF7 (non S) is exceptional about $85 US. MUCH better than the A7V333 which I have in a spare comp.
