  • Doing straming from home to school, possible??

Here is my idea, i dont want to bring my old casette player to school to hear my mp3's(!), is it possible to install a player at home on my computer to listen to my music from internet??

By the way the comps at my school are locked, you can execute or install anything else that is already there. And i dont have a cd burner to burn MP3's.

    Thanks in advance! : peace2:

AFAIK it cannot be done without any VNC or access your PC from anyhwere software

you could setup an FTP server at home.
than just put in the address and if there is a win. media player installed at school, that would be all you need to listen to mp3s.

Would i need to make a http site??
some sites let you listen to mp3's or videos without downloading them! I want to do like that... like a web radio that i choose all the songs!

Doesn't that exist?? I want to use the unlimited transfer of my connection!
