I'm too young to have just ONE favourite! ;) I sort of got maybe half a dozen that are on rotation constantly as my favourite. At THIS moment (Monday 17th at 10:20PM) it would be Verve Pipe - The Freshmen.

The song's about a suicide - and how people are left behind to cope. Quite sombre.

Then again, it's sort of has to do with the fact that I'm studying the factors that contribute to a person considering suicide from a psychological point of view (I'm researching for fun. I'm weird in that when I don't get intellectual stimulation, I go crazy - quite literally. I get strange thoughts and sometimes uncontrollable emotions, mild depression, etc) Hmmm, irony spotted: I'm voluntarily studying suicide to prevent myself from getting depressed. :

That's not an uncommon reaction Onyx. It is some sort of sympathetic reaction...I forget the technical name for it. Medical students go through it big time, the majority of them will at some point think they have whatever the illness of the week is that they are studying. It can be pretty amusing to watch. I was a coordinator for 3rd year medical students, in another life. ;)
