RTCW Bench

Can any one run me through a process of running a benchmark
program in Return to castle wolf ???

I have not tried to run one in RTCW but I assume it would be similar if not identical to Q3A.

1- Make sure you have a demo ready

2- Pull down the console (defualt ~ (tilde) key)

3- Type \timedemo 1 (I think you can use other numbers too but this will do to start off)

4- Run the demo you created earlier, it will finish then boot ya back to main screen.

5- Press tilde (~) key and read the result

Heres how to bench RTcW:

Take cd out of drive, put in its jewel case. Put said jewel case back in the box it came in and go put the box up on a shelf. There- its benched.

Now, goto www.dayofdefeatmod.com and get yourself a real ww game.

Cybermicks suggestion is also good...not as good, but good. :)
