    Ok i have the specs in my signature below. It whenever started up takes FOREVER!!!!!! My C Drive is always working it ass off making the "im aobut to die" noise. my 1 gb of ram and amd athlon xp 3000+ isn't helping but why. if anyone has a ny suggestions to make my computer as fast as my friends radeon 7500 64mb 512 gb amd athlon 2100+ please i would like it a lot.!!!

          When was the last time you defragged?

          Use a good defragger like Diskeeper or O&O Defrag. The windows one sucks.

              The Spyware Killer i always to delete the spyware/adware i have to buy it for like 50 bucks and i am like no. If u can link me to a free one that would be good.

                    If you have a virusscanner running, try turning it off and see if it boots faster

                        Have a fiddle around with jumpers on your IDE devices.. Make sure HDD is set to Master on the primary IDE channel. If that doesn't work, try Cable Select.
