power supplies

I just bought a power supply and I have a question, i put the power supply in and what power gos to the case? you know the on button on the case has to connect somehow to the power supply, how does it?

assuming you are using an atx setup (more than likely), the power/reset buttons and LEDs connect to the mobo. There is usually a whole farm of pins down in the bottom right of the mobo that it all plugs into. Just dust off your mobo manual and look up the pin configurations so you get it all plugged in right.
