Do you work for VIA?

No, mostly just a fan of their motherboard chipsets. I've found actual VIA fans are few and far in between on most hardware site forums, and usually a far afterthought to AMD an Intel.

If the post is out of place, please feel free to delete it. I kinda see how it might come across. ;)

I musta missed the sig before, but why aren't you overclocked? It's cold enough to with the winter and all. Granted it's pretty mild so far this year, but surely not mild enough to keep you from boosting it up a little?

I must admit this P4X266 board is running nicely now..... the performance of the i850 at the price of an i845 - can't argue with that ;)

I also like Via. Lot's of people don't like 'em but I haven't run into problems. The irony of it all was the BX chipset sucked for me at least in the expectations of it. I felt it was overhyped. Again that could just be me.
