I'm looking at buying the P4P800 Deluxe motherboard with 2x512mb Kingmax 3200 sticks of Ram and a P4 2.8c. Is anybody running this setup? Will the overdrive feature work with the Kingmax Ram? and would I be better off buying 3500 Kingmax or would the 3200 suffice?

Thanks in advance.

Don't know much about Kingmax, but I can guarantee my BH5 memory is better (model KHX3200/256). Its only $71/stick at newegg.

Up the RAM voltage by 0.1 and go for it!

Yeah I heard upping the voltage by 0.1v works wonders. Thanks for the input guys. Anyone out there running a system like this? If so spill the details.

If your Kingmax sticks are MPXB62D-68KX3 256MB at DDR400 then you should be in good shape. In fact right here at TT is a very good article on that memory and upping the clock. For $42 a stick they are good deal respond to clocking well.

Yes everything should run smoothly, I'm running 4x 256 Kingmax
2700 on the p4p800 deluxe plus it is running very fast and best of all very stable.
