I did check out your web site and liked it alot. I loved your world and the beromiter (however that is spelled)

That's ok TwizlZone as I deleted the first one, any post with beer in it has to be better. ;)

A little tip with website construction, when ya see something ya like in a site just view the source code as that will give ya an idea on what is goin' on. After Xmas I'll be redoin' my site as that's been around nearly two years now plus I want to include a little more JAVA into it durin' the freshenin' up process. :)

Oh I also find it handy to make up ya own "Cheat Sheet" in Notepad (the world's best HTML editor for most jobs) of ya most common tags as most of website construction is a lot of copyin' & pastin'. :devil win

Don't worry, you'll get there. There will be some shifting before you do though.

I see. You mean, someday he may end up with a conglomeration like this in the garage:

Meet Seti-crunchers-01 thru 09 (but not SC-02, it's in Cocoa Beach). There's also a machine in the works in the black crate that is not on line as of yet.

kane2g

its not sexy, but pumps out WUs the same.
The only thing I would suggest is getting it somewhat organized, as it looks pretty messy. But than again, you would have to take down systems to make it pretty. and I have feeling that your addiction is telling you not to take down any. Right?

DAMN! you need a shelving unit or something to get those puppies in a neat fasion!

Well, it kind of just grew. Wanted to see if I could do it and production was the name of the game. I do have a nifty, white wire-frame shelving system made in Europe, but I have not had the time to install it. Plus the steamy, hot summer weather is not very conducive to this kind of undertaking. Will post pics of the project when done. Promise... Should warrant its own "Shown Us Your Own Farm" thread.

BTW Wiggo, in the past months the team has grown form sub-20 members to over 60 now. And even Beefy is submittin WUs!!!!!!!!!

Wiggo
06-22-2003, 08:54 AM
Yes it's growin' well but it's a terrible shame that those ppl down the bottom won't even submit a w/u or two. :(

kane2g
06-23-2003, 04:39 PM
True, especially that I know that some of them have pretty nice systems, so running [email protected] for few hrs a day would produce few units.
Why join the team if you arent going to do ANY WUs??

On another subject:

Has anyone else noticed how out-of-wack the certificate distribution is?

<img src=http://elrado1.com/SETI/User%20Certificates.jpg>

A simple change like the following would even out the distribution.

I'm finally up to averagin' 16 w/u's p/d after just passin' 4yrs of membership plus I've made it into the top 100 in Aussieland and the top 250 in Hotmail users. Don't forget to mention you're in the top .1% of users and looking at getting a 25,000 unit certificate soon! :thumb:

Happy 4th anniversary. I'm just 3 days away from my first year for this user name and staring at a 10K Certificate a few days later. :D
