Recently I just built my new machine and installed WinXP Pro. All was working well.
So then I started playing around with the Control Panel and the Options of IE6. I then installed a bunch of patches from the MS Update site.
The next time I openned my IE6 there were giant fonts, 1/2" to 12", and the background of the webpages were always white.
I have tried fixing this in the Options window for IE6 and also rebooted. All attempts have left the browser looking the same.
Now I am thinking it was a patch, but checked my install history and saw nothing except "Creative multimedia software update released on June 26 2002." Could this have caused the "problem?" Also, there is no way to uninstall it for me to check.
Any help would be appreciated.
