I would use the higher FSB as it allows the entire system to work harder instead of the processor taking a majority of the added workload.

Yup since they are both 2.1Ghz go with the higher FSB.

If ya got PC3200 in there and an nForce2 mobo then 10.5 x 200MHz should work for even more performance.

Could be a via chipset as well, I see a lot of them black out in the 180's area.

Well then if its a version 2.0 then up the Vcore to 1.75v and try those settin's I posted previously (earlier versions of that board may not handle 200MHz though) but then ya maybe able to get it to run at 11 x 200MHz.
