futuremark fixed more than most think with 03

I discovered that futuremark has improved detection ability with various components in 340. Like my cpu, which is now reported as a celeron 1600 instead of a pII 1600 like before. It also sees some amd cpu's at their correct fsb with certain sis chipsets, before it said 66fsb with some.

It use to misreport my ram, it said i had 2 sticks of 256.. when in reality i have 1 stick of 512.. And It wouldn't give me any detailed info on them. PCmark 2004, that gives you so much information.. So detailed. It takes a while to read it all.

yeah, when i had my 2600+ at stock it said it was unknown 2080mhz. but when it overclocked it said unknown 2379mhz w/ 36 GHZ fsb. :thumbs do i got critisized on fm quite a few times about that one :rolleyes:

im really happy that they got it fixed im a little disapointed that they dropped PC Mark 2k2 tho. my 1448 HD score was pretty nice :D

still there
